Objective: This project aims to create India’s first AI-powered financial assistant within Paytm, featuring an intuitive UI/UX to help users seamlessly manage expenses, track savings goals, and optimise bill payments. This initiative not only aims to enhance financial literacy and security but also ensures a user-friendly experience accessible to individuals of all technical skill levels.
As part of this case study, we utilized AI-driven tools and software for various aspects of the research process, such as creating user personas, conducting desk research, and analyzing data. This approach aligned with our focus on integrating AI within the app itself, ensuring that its implementation is both functional and innovative.
